Ritambhara Sahni for Ratika
Ratika is a student really close to my heart. She did several levels with us and then went out of the city to study. She still tags me in all her performances that she does for her college and various functions. It's just so awesome to watch her each time. Brings back beautiful memories Love you Ratika. Learning belly dancing was a dream come true for me. It brought a refreshing change to my life. The institute is great, and the teachers have immense knowledge of technique. They teach in small groups and there is personal attention given to each one of us. Learning belly dancing has improved my flexibility and my overall health. Not only this, I got a chance to show off my skills at parties, competitions and family functions. It is a fun way to make new friends too. It is addictive and once you start you want to keep learning. Belly dancing can be fused with many other dance forms and that adds new flavour to your performance. The shows are spectacular, and very well managed. All the credit goes to Ritambhara Sahni Ma’am for training so many students and giving them a lifetime of memories. It is a great confidence booster. Belly dancing teaches you muscle control. It is in a way like meditation. It can cure many problems and has definitely helped me with my back pain. Belly dancing can help you reduce weight too. The notion that you need to show off your belly or be thin to be a belly dancer is completely wrong! You can belly dance to your heart’s content no matter what size you are. I miss my time learning at the institute. It was a truly wonderful experience. You must learn this art, and it is getting more popular by the day. Ritambhara Sahni Ma’am is a great teacher.
